Brunch
December 29 — January 1
Breakfast Burritos
Seasoned & roasted potatoes, onions & bell peppers + bacon + farm fresh eggs + jack & cheddar cheese, rolled in a large flour tortilla and then grilled
Vegetarian: no bacon
Vegan: bo bacon, no eggs, no cheese (extra seasoned potatoes & veg)

Hearty Southwestern Chili Mac
From scratch chili made with a hearty veggie base & homemade chicken stock, browned ground turkey, five bean mix, fresh corn, smoked tomatoes, poblano & jalapeño peppers, southwestern spices & just enough macaroni to hearty it up. It is not too spicy, but will offer extra spice on the side. Garnished with cheddar cheese & crispy Frito chips.
Vegetarian: no turkey + made with homemade veggie stock
Vegan: same as vegetarian + no cheese garnish
December 30
Veggie Ragu Penne with Meatballs
From scratch, cooked-all-day, hearty veggie sauce. Made with lots of mushrooms + onions, tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, Italian seasoning & finished off with my fresh pesto for an herbaceous note. Homemade chicken meatballs add extra protein and bite to this stand alone pasta. Garnished with seasoned crispy breadcrumbs.
Vegetarian & vegan: no meatballs.
December 31
Hearty Chicken & Veggie Stew
Juicy herb roasted chicken, carrots, celery & onions + potatoes with rich cream sauce made with homemade chicken stock & Italian seasonings. (think chicken pot pie with no pie shell)
Vegetarian: no chicken/extra veg - made with homemade veggie stock
Vegan: same as vegetarian + alternative milk (will be oat or soy)
Condiments
Chalua hot sauce, Tajin, Siriacha, homemade chili oil, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese
Also for sale on-site:
Baked goods — banana nut bread, ginger cookies, and brownies — $3
Take-and-shake salads — strawberry romaine salad w/candied pecans & poppy-seed dressing, homemade Caesar salad — $10, w/chicken $12
